Sanjo the Holiday
The latest and most exciting thing we are planning at the moment is:
SANJO – ‘THE HOLIDAY’
Some of you may be aware that I go on quite a few holistic holidays on my own and really gain a huge amount of benefit from them. So much so, that I have been inspired to create one in association with Sanjo, and have found a lovely, cosy hotel in North East Majorca, which will be ideal to take a small group for a week away for a touch of Sanjo in the Sun……..full of love, light and laughter!
I want to keep the week a relaxing one for everybody with no pressure, so I am offering the following activities for all attendees:
- 5 morning meditations
- A workshop entitled ‘Live the Life you Dream!’ that will run over 4 days, 11.00am – 1.00pm, run by Sandra Seman(a Louise Hay teacher). This will based on Louise L.Hay’s work, together with many other ‘fun’ processes.
- A reflexology /Indian Head Massage session.
All of this will be included in the price of £599 per person, based on single occupancy of a double room and breakfast.

In addition to the above, the owner of the hotel can arrange other holistic treatments, if required, and I can fully recommend the full body massage I had there earlier this year!
The hotel is a family run, with 16 bedrooms and a swimming pool. The owners are English and have worked hard to make the intimate space very relaxed and inviting. So much so, that it is their family home and you do feel like a welcomed houseguest. They even run an ‘honesty bar’ where people help themselves and write down what they owe.
Check out the link below to see it in its glory. It is in a beautiful spot right on the sea front, with a promenade immediately in front of the hotel to walk to beaches, bars and restaurants. I found it to be a particularly safe place to wander around, and the nearest sandy beach is 150metres, with a rocky fishing area immediately outside, the harbour is .5mile away.
