Reiki share is a gathering of Reiki practioners who come together to share experiences and healing.  It is a great space to give and receive Reiki in a safe and friendly environment. We tend to learn from each other and our experiences together. On this day you will receive an Empowerment which will strengthen your own healing channels on your continuing journey.

A three hour workshop with Lucinda Drayton, known worldwide for the healing music she created with bliss as a solo artist. Lucinda also runs groups internationally on themes of self-empowerment and emotional healing. She is also training in integrative counselling and is a practitioner of the principles taught by The Reach Approach.

This workshop will explore the ways in which we can take responsibility for our inner world. How to generate positive thoughts and feelings, how to embrace our own negativity and bring it to peace.
There will be an experiential section with music, use of sound and meditation. There will be discussion and interaction in an informal atmosphere.

You will receive:
Relaxation techniques.
Simple tools for dealing with emotions.
